Return and Refund

We will only accept refund  or return product(s) if we gave you defected item(s) and we will only accept the item(s) from what you have orderedOnce an order is placed, it is non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time
Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays. It typically takes between 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times and rates vary depending on your location. 
Please note: There may be additional customs charges or import duties imposed by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full by you.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If you bave any request for change of shipping address, please email us at sunflowershawl.customercare@gmail.com or message us at any of our social media.

We will not be liable in the event of an incorrect shipping address is provided and goods are returned to us. 

All re-delivery of goods to you will be charged for a associated shipping charges which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
